Refund Policy

1. Scope of application

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms applicable to reservations made through this website or through direct contact channels (WhatsApp or email) for training services at EFA Academy and tattoo services at EFA Tattoo.

2. Seminar and training reservations (EFA Academy)

Seminars and educational activities at EFA Academy are held in person in strictly limited small groups (maximum 4 students per session) in order to guarantee premium quality personalized instruction, preparation of consumable supplies, sterilized workstations, and coordination of real-skin live models.

Due to these logistical, organizational, and scheduling commitments, seminar booking cancellations do not include refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is due to reasons external to the training. Once payment is confirmed, the seat is permanently blocked and reserved exclusively, turning down other applicant artists.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

If a student cancels or cannot attend the seminar due to reasons external to the training, the reservation will not include a refund under any circumstances.

In this situation, the only option that may be offered to the student is rescheduling the training to a subsequent session, subject to vacancy availability and provided that the inability to attend was communicated with sufficient advance notice.

4. Cancellation or postponement by EFA Tattoo

In the exceptional event that a seminar must be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control or force majeure attributable to the studio (trainer illness or major facility issues), registered students will be offered:

• Priority enrollment in the rescheduled dates for the seminar.

• Or, if the student cannot attend the newly proposed dates, a full refund of the reservation fee paid.

5. Tattoo appointment deposits

For tattoo session bookings, deposits paid cover custom design preparation time and reserve exclusive artist availability. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation or failure to appear on the scheduled appointment date.

6. Statutory exception to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 103, paragraphs (a) and (l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts whose performance has begun or to contracts related to leisure or training services providing for a specific date or period of performance.
