1. Owner identification

This website (hereinafter, «the Site») is owned by Enric (artistic name EFA Tattoo), a self-employed professional in the artistic and tattooing sector, based in Barcelona, Spain.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the Site, which the user accepts expressly and without reservation from the moment they access it.

2. Purpose and activity

The purpose of the Site is to present the artistic work of tattoo artist Enric under the EFA Tattoo brand, to collect appointment requests for tattoo sessions and to promote training activities (EFA Academy).

The published information is for information purposes only and does not, in itself, constitute a binding contractual offer.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the Site in accordance with the law, morality and public order, and in particular to:

• Not use the Site for illegal activities or activities contrary to the rights of third parties.

• Not introduce or disseminate false, defamatory, offensive content or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

• Not carry out actions that could damage, disable or overload the Site.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in denial of access without prior notice.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site — including, without limitation, texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphic design and source code — is the property of the owner or third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation from the owner is expressly prohibited.

Tattoo images show original works by EFA Tattoo; their disclosure for purposes other than personal or informational use requires express authorisation.

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability and continuity of the Site, nor the absence of errors in its content, although reasonable measures will be taken to correct them.

The owner shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the Site or access to external links that may be found on it. Links to third parties are provided solely as an informational reference; the owner does not control or assume responsibility for such content.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data that the user provides through the appointment request form is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

7. Cookies

The Site may use its own and third-party cookies. In any case, analytical and marketing cookies will only be activated with the prior consent of the user, as described in the Privacy Policy and in the cookie banner shown when first accessing the site.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.

9. Changes

The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the Site, as well as this legal notice. Users are advised to review it periodically.
